Ballet and All That Jazz has offered exceptional dance technique training in Hagerstown for over 30 years. We aim to create a safe, friendly, and positive environment for dancers of all skill levels. BTJ instructors have strong dance backgrounds and the Crestwood Drive location was designed specifically as a dance school, with spacious studios and changing areas for students. Training is offered in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, modern, and hip-hop for students starting at age 3.

In addition to their regular programs, the BTJ Junior, Senior, and Tap companies have been invited to perform at Hollyfest, The Nutcracker at the Maryland Theatre, The National Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, D.C., and many other events. The BTJ companies challenge dancers to sharpen their skills by auditioning to be a part of these exclusive groups. Community outreach is a core value at BTJ. We perform Act 2 of The Nutcracker with our advanced ballerinas through the holiday season, have partnered with Ballet Theatre of Maryland, and have created the BTJ Dancers Program working with the HHA.
